Prepared as

Potato poultice: grate raw potato, apply to burns, wounds, and inflamed skin for cooling and healing. Boiled potato eaten for digestive complaints and diarrhea. Raw potato juice: extract juice from grated potato, drink 50ml daily on empty stomach for gastric ulcers. Cooked potato broth drunk for potassium and electrolyte replenishment after illness.
