Prepared as

Eaten raw as salad for nutrition, omega-3s, and digestion. Leaf tea: boil handful in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink half cup twice daily for inflammation and urinary complaints. Fresh juice applied to skin wounds and burns. Poultice of crushed leaves applied to headache at temples. Eat 1 handful raw daily as anti-inflammatory food and nutritional supplement.
