Raw onion eaten daily for immunity, heart health, and antimicrobial protection. Onion syrup: simmer sliced onion with honey 20 minutes, strain, take 1 tbsp three times daily for cough. Roasted onion applied as warm poultice to ear infections and boils. Onion juice applied to insect bites and skin infections. Eat half raw onion daily for cardiovascular benefit.
