Leaf tea: steep handful of fresh leaves in hot water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily for cough, congestion, and fever. Fresh leaf juice mixed with honey, take 1 tsp for sore throat and cough. Leaf steam inhalation for respiratory infections and asthma. Leaf poultice applied to wounds and skin infections. Crush leaves, inhale directly for instant nasal relief.
