Hot pepper tea: boil 1-2 small peppers in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink half cup for circulation and digestion. Capsaicin oil: infuse dried peppers in coconut oil 2 weeks, apply to painful joints and muscles. Fresh pepper eaten daily for metabolism and immunity. Diluted pepper juice gargled for sore throat. Apply diluted pepper tincture to scalp for hair growth stimulation.
