Prepared as

Fruit shell used as medicinal vessel traditionally. Leaf tea: boil 5 leaves in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup daily for cough and respiratory complaints. Fruit pulp applied to skin infections and fungal conditions. Bark decoction: boil small piece 15 minutes, drink half cup for liver support. Roasted seeds eaten for digestive health.
