Prepared as

Tea: steep 5-6 fresh leaves or 1 tsp dried mint in hot water 5 minutes, drink 1 cup after meals for digestion, nausea, and bloating. Crushed fresh leaves applied to temples and forehead for headache relief. Steam inhalation of mint tea for sinus congestion. Mint oil diluted in carrier oil applied to chest for respiratory complaints. Drink up to 3 cups daily.
