Prepared as

Fruit juice: blend fresh noni fruit, drink 30ml daily on empty stomach for immunity and inflammation. Ripe fruit applied as poultice to wounds, abscesses, and inflamed joints. Leaf tea: boil handful in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink for fever and pain. Leaf poultice applied to swollen joints. Start with small amounts — taste is strong and some experience nausea initially.
