Prepared as

Young leaves boiled and eaten as vegetable for anemia and nutrition. Leaf tea: boil handful in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily for blood building and inflammation. Seed decoction: boil 1 tbsp dried seeds 15 minutes, drink half cup for digestive complaints. Leaf poultice applied to wounds and skin infections. Eat cooked leaves regularly for iron support.
