Prepared as

Bitter melon juice: blend fresh fruit, strain, drink 50ml on empty stomach for blood sugar and digestion. Leaf tea: boil handful in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink for fever and immunity. Fruit eaten cooked for diabetes management. Seed oil applied to skin infections and wounds. WARNING: avoid during pregnancy — strong uterine stimulant. Limit juice to 50ml daily.
