Prepared as

Leaf tea: steep 1 tsp dried leaves in hot water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily for libido, anxiety, and hormonal support. Tincture: steep dried leaves in alcohol 2 weeks, take 30 drops in water twice daily. Leaf poultice applied to headache at temples. Avoid during pregnancy. Use consistently for 4 weeks for hormonal and mood benefits.
