Traditionally used
Chamomile is traditionally used as a gentle digestive aid and calming herb, particularly valued for treating anxiety, insomnia, and stomach complaints. Its anti-inflammatory properties make it useful for soothing skin irritations and reducing muscle spasms.
On the Adriatic shore
Kamiličin čaj: žlica sušenih cvjetova na 200 ml kipuće vode, 5–10 min. Za želučane grčeve, nadutost, anksioznost. Oblozi za kožu.
Prepared as
Prepare as a hot infusion using 1-2 teaspoons of dried flowers steeped in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. For external use, prepare a stronger decoction by simmering for 15 minutes.
