Prepared as

Leaf tea: steep handful in hot water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily for urinary tract infections, prostate support, and inflammation. Root decoction: boil small piece 15 minutes, drink for kidney complaints. Fresh leaf poultice applied to wounds and swollen joints. Bark tea used for fever and digestive support. Use consistently for 4 weeks for urinary benefit.
