Traditionally used
Traditionally used to treat eye inflammation, conjunctivitis, and other ocular irritations. Also employed for respiratory conditions including sinusitis, hay fever, and nasal congestion due to its astringent and anti-inflammatory properties.
Prepared as
Prepare as a hot infusion using 1-2 teaspoons of dried herb per cup of boiling water, steeped for 10-15 minutes. The cooled tea can be used as an eyewash or compress, or consumed warm for respiratory support.
