Respiratory, cough, bronchitis, asthma, mucus, chest congestion

Prepared as

Steam inhalation: add 10 fresh leaves to boiling water, inhale steam for 10 minutes for congestion and asthma. Leaf tea: steep 5 leaves in hot water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily for respiratory complaints. Diluted essential oil rubbed on chest as decongestant rub. Never apply undiluted oil to skin.
