Traditionally used
Rose hips are traditionally valued as one of nature's richest sources of vitamin C, supporting immune function and helping the body resist seasonal illness. They are also used to reduce joint inflammation and combat fatigue, while their gentle detoxifying properties help cleanse the system.
On the Adriatic shore

Prepared as
The dried hips are prepared as a decoction by simmering 1-2 tablespoons in hot water for 10-15 minutes to extract the full vitamin content. The resulting deep red tea can be strained and consumed warm or cold.
