Prepared as

Leaf tea: steep 1 tbsp fresh or dried leaves in hot water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily. Leaf powder: add 1 tsp to smoothies or food daily for nutrition. Poultice: crush fresh leaves, apply directly to wounds, ulcers and inflamed skin. Seed oil applied to joints for pain.
