Leaf tea: steep small handful in hot water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily for wound healing, memory, and circulation. Fresh leaves eaten raw in salad for cognitive support. Leaf poultice applied to wounds, scars, and varicose veins to stimulate healing. Leaf juice mixed with coconut oil applied to stretch marks and surgical scars. Use consistently for 4 weeks.
