Cacao tea: boil dried cacao shells in water 10 minutes, drink as energizing tonic. Raw cacao powder mixed with warm water and honey, drink 1 cup daily for mood and cardiovascular support. Cacao butter applied to dry skin, scars, and stretch marks. Nibs eaten daily for magnesium and antioxidants. Avoid large amounts before sleep due to stimulant effect.
