⚠ The gel is safe on skin, but the bitter leaf latex is a strong purgative — not in pregnancy, bowel disease, or for children. Seek guidance before taking it internally. Topical: wound healing, burns, sunburn, skin irritation, psoriasis support. Internal (latex): occasional constipation (strong stimulant laxative).

Connu sous le nom de "lalwa" en Haïti; le gel est appliqué sur les brûlures, coupures et irritations cutanées. Utilisé aussi comme purgatif traditionnel (jus des feuilles).
