Prepared as

Leaf tea: boil handful in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink half cup twice daily for asthma, cough, and respiratory infections. Fresh latex applied carefully to warts and skin parasites — avoid broken skin and eyes. Root decoction: boil small piece 15 minutes, drink for intestinal worms. WARNING: use in small doses only — toxic in large amounts. Avoid during pregnancy.
