Whole plant tea: boil handful in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily for liver support, hepatitis, and urinary complaints. Fresh plant juice: blend whole plant with water, drink 50ml daily for liver detox. Poultice of crushed plant applied to wounds and skin infections. Use consistently for 4 weeks for liver and kidney benefits.
