Liver support, digestion, bile stimulation, cholesterol, diuretic, detox

Prepared as

Decoction: boil 3-4 fresh or dried leaves in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup before meals for liver support and digestion. Leaf tincture taken 30 drops in water before meals for bile stimulation. Fresh leaf juice mixed with honey, take 1 tbsp before meals for cholesterol. Avoid during pregnancy or gallbladder obstruction.
