Prepared as

Tea: steep handful of fresh parsley in hot water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup daily after meals for digestion and kidney support. Fresh parsley eaten raw for vitamin C and iron. Seed tea: steep 1 tsp crushed seeds in hot water for urinary complaints and menstrual regulation. Root decoction: boil small piece 15 minutes for diuretic effect. Avoid large doses during pregnancy.
