Prepared as

Bark tea: break 1 small stick of cinnamon into 2 cups water, simmer 15 minutes, drink 1 cup after meals for blood sugar and digestion. Powder: add half tsp to warm milk or food daily. Tincture: steep bark pieces in alcohol 2 weeks. Apply diluted cinnamon oil to painful joints.
