Prepared as

Fresh plant eaten in salads for vitamin C and digestion. Juice: blend fresh plant with water, strain, drink 100ml daily as diuretic and liver tonic. Leaf tea: boil handful 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily for urinary complaints. Apply crushed fresh leaves to wounds and inflamed skin.
