Prepared as

Leaf tea: steep handful of fresh leaves in hot water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup twice daily for anxiety and sleep. Cold compress: soak cloth in cooled leaf tea, apply to forehead for fever. Tincture: steep leaves in alcohol 2 weeks, take 20 drops in water twice daily.
