Digestion, gas, bloating, cough, nervousness, headache, menstrual cramps

Prepared as

Tea: steep 1 tsp dried herb in hot water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup after meals for digestion, bloating, and headache. Fresh herb poultice applied to painful joints and sore muscles. Steam inhalation of marjoram tea for respiratory congestion. Essential oil diluted in carrier oil massaged into temples for headache. Drink up to 3 cups daily for digestive and nervous support.
