Prepared as

Raw mango eaten for immunity, digestion, and vitamin C. Leaf tea: boil 5 leaves in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup daily for blood sugar and inflammation. Bark decoction: boil small piece 15 minutes, gargle for sore throat and bleeding gums. Mango seed kernel powder taken with water for diarrhea and intestinal worms. Unripe fruit eaten sparingly for digestion.
