Prepared as

Fruit sponge used to scrub and cleanse skin, removing dead cells and improving circulation. Leaf tea: boil handful 10 minutes, drink half cup twice daily for fever and inflammation. Young fruit eaten as vegetable for nutrition. Seed oil applied to dry skin and hair. Sponge soaked in herbal tea and applied as compress to painful joints.
