⚠ Increases bleeding risk — not with blood thinners, and stop before any surgery. Peripheral vascular insufficiency (claudication, cold extremities). Cognitive decline / memory support (mild dementia adjunct). Tinnitus, vertigo of vascular origin.

Chemistry

Flavonoid glycosides (quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin) + terpene lactones (ginkgolides, bilobalide) — PAF antagonism, antioxidant, improve microcirculation, neuroprotective.
