Prepared as

Leaf tea: boil handful in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink half cup twice daily for fever, pain, and urinary tract infections. Fresh leaf poultice crushed and applied to wounds, rashes, and inflamed skin. Root decoction: boil small piece 15 minutes, drink for liver and kidney complaints. Use consistently for 2 weeks for best effect.
