Leaf tea: boil 5 leaves in 2 cups water 10 minutes, drink 1 cup daily for blood pressure and digestive support. Fruit eaten raw or cooked for nutrition and iron. Roasted eggplant applied as warm poultice to abscesses and boils. Fruit juice mixed with honey taken for cough. Seed tea: steep dried seeds in hot water for urinary complaints.
