Seed tea: steep 1 tsp crushed seeds in hot water 10 minutes, drink after meals for digestion and bloating. Fresh stalks juiced with apple and ginger, drink 100ml daily for blood pressure and kidney support. Leaf decoction: boil handful 10 minutes, drink for urinary complaints. Raw celery eaten daily as anti-inflammatory food. Avoid large medicinal doses during pregnancy.
